At GhostArc we provide a service that you can rely on. We use enterprise-grade Cisco 5500-X series Next-Generation firewalls, in high reliability configurations to ensure maximum uptime for our services. We manage reliability by building as much fault-tolerance as possible into our network up front:

1. All Cisco VPN equipment uses fault-tolerant load-balancing connectivity to the internet.
2. All of our servers rely on fault-tolerant load-balancing connections.
3. All GhostArc Cisco VPN equipment is equipped with redundant power supplies.
4. All of our Next-Generation Firewalls are covered by strong service agreements available from Cisco, to ensure rapid replacement and service recovery in the event of a hardware fault.
